Checking In

To check in at the registration booth, you'll need to bring your current membership card.

Travel

Gainesville is close to Interstate 75 and is home to the Gainesville Regional Airport. If you're looking for cheaper flight fares, there are three major international airports each about a two hour drive away from Gainesville.

Accommodations

Alpha Eta and Beta Xi have designated four hotels as convention hotels with over 50 rooms in blocks with rates between $85 and $100. We've also listed some other surrounding area hotels.

Food

Being a college town, Gainesville is home to many different restaurants. We've mapped out some of the dining areas around the convention hotels and around campus.

Venue

The University of Florida is one of the five largest universities in the nation. A public research university dedicated to providing an education to it's students and research opportunities for many.
